Roster → Rig → Scene → Episode. Every character starts as canon in the roster, gets a cutout rig, then appears in scenes.
Style: South Park-style cutout — flat shapes, simple joints, no gradients. Fast to produce, instantly readable.
Tool: Rive (free, browser-native) is the winning vote for the final animation. Rigs are built to import straight into Rive.
Music: 8-bit chiptune generated in code — square/triangle oscillators + noise. No samples, no licensing, fully original.
The Snow Snake 🐍 appears in backgrounds. Always watching. Never explained.

The Hood — cabinet condiments who grew up unopened, dreaming of the fridge. Origin stories live here.
The Fridge — the ones who made it out. The politics play out here.
Wild Cards — recurring guests who leave an impression.
Relationships are the real hook — Vin & Que, Mayo & Whip, Red & Yellow, Crisp & Aji.

The Outlaw — ACV bottle, gold chain, shades. "You ain't ready for me, bro."

BBQ sauce, party heart, Vin's best friend. "Pass the sauce, pass the vibe."

Hot sauce sparkplug, flame cap, chaos. "…but with more fire."
